Our competitive pay and benefits program creatively encourages and rewards performance. Every TOWER employee has the opportunity to personally share in the success of the company through participation in either our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) or Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) with bonuses paid twice annually.

In addition to a base salary and incentive, TOWER employees also participate in our company Superannuation Plan where TOWER contributes 9% of salary. TOWER also provides every employee with income protection and death and disability insurance.

And it doesn’t end there. TOWER employees also have access to a salary sacrifice program that enables tax effective car leasing, personal contributions to superannuation and notebook computer purchases.
