Actuarial Analyst x 2

 These roles are accountable for assisting in the actuarial management of TOWER’s business across all aspects of the actuarial control cycle, including unit pricing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Financial management
• Unit pricing
• Product management and rationalisation

These roles would suit a suitably qualified person wishing to take the next step in their career. To be successful, you require:

• Tertiary qualification in Actuarial studies, Mathematics, Finance or related discipline
• Actuarial student making good progress through actuarial exams (IAAust or equivalent)
• Strong financial modelling experience
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Good time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Highly motivated self starter with an action orientation

Also desirable is:

• being commercially astute
• having financial modelling capabilities including Excel, VBA, Access and Prophet
• a background in IT
• MoS/IFRS financial reporting experience
• experience in the Life Insurance industry
