Senior Retail Claims Case Managers x 2
Duties
TOWER has opportunities for 2 Senior Claims Case Managers to join the Claims team. As a Senior Claims Case Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of personal and empathic service to clients and the assessment of life claims in accordance with TOWER’s claims philosophy. You will also provide coaching and mentoring to members of your team as well as manage more complex claims.
Requirements
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and superior customer service skills. You will have strong time management abilities and be able to work to tight timeframes. You will also be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
You will be an experienced claims case manger and enjoy mentoring and coaching your colleagues. You enjoy also the challenge of managing more complex cases.
