Mr Pliner was appointed to the TOWER Australia Group Limited Board in December 2006. Mr. Pliner was a partner of Baker & McKenzie for over 20 years where he was involved in a wide range of corporate and Merger and Acquisition transactions and also advised a number of Boards of public listed companies. Mr. Pliner is presently a non-executive Chairman of Clean TeQ Holdings Limited, a Director of Saipem Australia Pty. Limited, Herzog Services Australia Pty. Limited, Iroko Cardio (Australia) Pty. Limited and Australian Char Pty. Limited. He is resident in Sydney, Australia.
