Simon Higgins
Head of Human Resources
Simon Higgins joined TOWER as Head of Human Resources in January 2006. He has extensive experience in HR Management across the Health, IT, Professional & Financial Services industries with Executive HR roles held in the US, Asia and Australia / New Zealand. Prior to joining TOWER, Simon worked as Director, Human Resources for Hudson ANZ and immediately prior to that as HR Director (Asia Pacific) for Lexmark International.
Simon has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology & Education from Macquarie University and holds additional qualifications in Management and HR Management from Griffith University, Sydney TAFE and the Australian Graduate School of Management.
